Miles + Maria – SoHo Bookstore Weddin’!12.19.2012

Firstly congrats to Fiona who won my Lazerwood iPhone cover giveway over the weekend! Thanks to all who commented/participated! I’ve been deep in the throes of wrapping up 2012 weddings, before heading home to Hawaii for the month of January. I wanted to share some of the portraits from Miles + Maria’s day back in July. They got married at housing works bookstore in SoHo. Shooting in a bustling urban area is usually a little chaotic. Dodging traffic + waiting for passer-by’s to pass on by… but they’re always some of my favorite images. Maybe because it freezes something that feels so busy in the moment that you can’t really absorb it all. Anyways, anyone looking for a fun non traditional event space should definitely consider this venue… It’s one of my faves of the year!
